Class Standing: Third Year; 3-C
Background: Yukimura Moriko, otherwise known as just 'Mori', never really was that normal. Even as a child, she was unusually jaded. She didn't bother to make friends, having decided the other kids were 'boring', and she certainly didn't care much for the grown-ups, because she decided they were boring too. Perhaps her standards were too high for most to reach, but she probably never realized that.

At school she was an annoyance to the teachers, at home her parents couldn't help but be disappointed in their only daughter (and child). It made her decide to try and scrape her way through life, if only because she didn't want so many problems. Mori continues to attend school (though she sleeps through classes often) and her scores are barely above the passing mark. She's somehow managed to get to her senior year at Gekkoukan High, but many believe she might not be graduating any time soon. Mori agrees to that.

Mori continued on with her ordinary life, until that one night when she went to the convenience store to buy some instant coffee. The moment she stepped out, it was midnight and she experienced the Dark Hour for the first time. She didn't panic, it was more like she was confused and she wandered around for a bit. Well, not until she ran into a group of Shadows. Fortunately for her, Mori managed to outrun them. The following morning, she decided to keep her mouth shut about the whole incident, thinking that no one would believe her even if she told someone.

She was wrong, because not long after that, she received an invitation to S.E.E.S.

Personality: Mori is lazy, a bit eccentric, and not very sociable. If there's anything she can slack off on, she'll probably will be doing just that. Her main activities include sleeping and staying inside doing...whatever. If she does go outside, it's only so she can stalk watch people. Mori does not think of herself as very interesting, and she gets bored easily. Thus, she tends to do a few out-of-place things in an attempt to alleviate said boredom, like balancing books on her head or building card towers or folding little pieces of paper, just to name a few. Not many things motivate her much, so it shouldn't be a surprise if she is lacking enthusiasm. She does like coffee however, and will never turn down an offer for a cup of Joe.

Mori is the kind of person who doesn't like thinking too far ahead into the future, simply because she finds it hard imagine. She'd rather ponder over the more trivial things in life, just for the heck of it. Mori also has the tendency to make comments whether it is wanted or not. She seems to lack a basic shut-up filter when it comes to that. It's rather wasted intelligence; Mori can make some fairly quick jumps of logic and reasoning if she put more effort into it, but that's only when the occasion calls (read: demands and coerces) it out of her. One could say she's an underachiever like that. Getting a social life isn't very high on her priority list, she tends to keep quiet unless spoken to first, and prefers to watch until something interesting comes along.
